I’ve got that summertime fever

Been a long time since I last posted, and this time last year I also took a little break (well, two months actually!) from the blog. This pattern could be due to the tight college schedule during even semesters, making me super busy with college work and leaving very little time for creating outfits, illustrating them, and then posting them. Well, let’s not focus so much on the lack of posting but instead here’s a new summertime outfit to freshen up from the heavy winter looks! Indeed, I always mention how I prefer the colder months and winter attire, but sometimes, you just get enough and crave some sun and the beach.

Regarding the outfit, even though the beginning of this month was *festival season* and everybody was covered in gold tattoos, suede, fringed vests and overall 70s inspired attire – I decided to steer clear from these looks and instead go for something a lot classier. I’ve been really into co-ords or ‘Twosies’ as of late, and this crochet summer skirt comes with its own cropped top but I decided to discard it and go with a bright orange statement top instead. Some black, rose gold and silver accents to finish off the look and well, here we go! Hope you guys like this outfit.
