Blessed With Beauty & Rage
Here’s another attempt to experiment with a different, unusual color palette. I’ve been web designing and graphic designing since I was 11, so coming up with fresh color palettes is no foreign habit to me. Somehow though, I always gravitate towards earthy tones; such as brown, copper, khaki or burgundy. This time, I wanted to put together an outfit with colors that I am not usually drawn to, and well, here we are!
Speaking of experimenting with novelty, I’ve noticed that there’s a wave of new, local (Egyptian) designers making a breakthrough. These new designers are infused more with originality, and less with fashion-bloggers-everywhere-are-carrying-that-bag. And that’s definitely a good thing in my book! This way, girls and women alike are encouraged to come up with their own sense of style rather than wearing what the trends dictate. With that being said, I styled today’s outfit with a new bag line, Okhtein, which I believe will be huge once they hit stores. Without further ado, what do you guys think of the outfit? :)
